Mentorship & Internships

Paying It Forward

Arielle K. Allen has been shaped by extraordinary mentors throughout her career. She is committed to offering that same guidance to the next generation of attorneys and advocates.

A Foundation Built on Mentorship

The Attorneys Who Shaped This Practice

Arielle K. Allen did not build her career alone. From her first days at UT Law School, she was fortunate to have mentors who believed in her, challenged her, and opened doors she did not know existed. The photo below was taken at the Susman Godfrey Atrium at UT Law, alongside her very first mentor, whose guidance set the foundation for everything that followed.

Those relationships did not just shape her as a lawyer. They shaped her understanding of what the legal profession can be when experienced attorneys invest in the people coming up behind them.

That is the spirit behind the mentorship program at Allen Trial Law PLLC. Whether you are a 1L trying to figure out if litigation is right for you, or a 3L preparing to enter practice, Arielle is committed to showing up the way her mentors showed up for her.

"The best thing you can do with a great mentor is become one."
